Songwriter Connect

The application process is free. No Rated R or derogatory material will be considered. If accepted the client can accept or decline the invitation for membership. If the client accepts, the annual account maintenance contribution is $49 and is payable by credit card or paypal before getting approved. Songwriter Connect lists current, up to date songwriting opportunities on the member's only page that have been researched and are genuine. Since the client underwent an application process, pitches for each opportunity may not be screened and could be forwarded directly to the opportunity contact person. However, normally pitches are being reviewed before forwarding and Songwriter Connect does not guarantee songs will be forwarded. The client is responsible for pitching "on target" songs of high recording quality (only professional demos, no home recorded demos unless stated otherwise in the opportunity description). Songwriter Connect will randomly check pitches in regards to recording quality and target. If a client has been checked and the song was not "on target" for the opportunity (example: opportunity calls for female pop songs, but the client submitted a male country song) or the recording quality is low, the client will get a warning and will be monitored for future pitches. If the same client is caught twice, Songwriter Connect reserves the right to ban the client from the site. The $49 account maintenance contribution is non refundable. Pitching is free of charge. The annual membership will renew automatically, provided $49 payment is successfully received. However, we typically screen the latest submissions before renewal, and reserve the right to not renew the membership if recent material is sub-par. Clients will not be given feedback on their pitched song. If an opportunity contact is interested, he/she will make contact with the client. If there is no interest, the opportunity contact may or may not inform the client. Clients are only allowed to pitch songs written or co written by themselves. Breaching this part of the terms will result in a ban. Songwriter Connect will create a profile of each client on the website www.songwriter-elite.com. The member agrees that Songwriter Connect will host the songs submitted to opportunities on the member's profile.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with Florida statutes, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service. All legal matters will be handled  by courts located and under the juristiction of Palm Beach County, Florida, USA.


Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
